Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe within the United States is 3–20 business days (In special situations, the delivery time may be extended indefinitely), depending on the destination and carrier workload (holiday seasons may affect delivery times).

Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

International shipping

We’re delighted to offer international shipping so customers around the world can enjoy our products. All international orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with trusted global delivery partners. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–25 (In special situations, the delivery time may be extended indefinitely) business days, depending on the destination, carrier network, and customs clearance times.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Carriers

Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging your order; however, once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks your order as “Delivered”, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or missing after the delivery is confirmed.
